As scientist you will be leading a project team in which you work closely with colleagues and external partners to characterize and better understand the mode of action of a novel antibody therapeutic. You will use your knowledge, critical thinking, the scientific and patent literature and academic contacts to help define research plans and experiments and you will contribute to scientific publications, patents and reports. Moreover, you will work closely with the asset scientist who is responsible for the clinical and non-clinical development of the antibody therapeutic and you will help to define critical translational work that can be used for the clinical development.
You will need to prioritize your workflow, efficiently use resources and follow challenging timelines to achieve the project goals. You should be able to work independently and direct the research and day to day responsibilities of others, by help guiding his or her team of research associates on the work floor. Candidate must have good communication and presentation skills and should be able to work well in a team.
