Key responsibilities

• Planning and modification of synthesis pathways based on literature-patent analysis;
• Conducting organic syntheses (classic techniques, but also modern organic synthesis, photochemistry, microwaves, flow chemistry, enzymatic);
• Optimization of leading structures in research projects;
• Defining project risks;
• Control of raw material/reagent management in the project;
• Day-to-day regular laboratory work including the set-up of experiments, analyzing data, interpretation, and reporting of the results.

Your background

• Completed university studies in the field of organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry (MSc or Ph.D.);
• Written and verbal proficiency in the English language is required;
• Knowledge in the field of synthetic organic chemistry;
• Team-oriented and well-organized person;
• Proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.
