As a Research Associate II in the Nutrition Compatibility team, your primary responsibility will be to support the team in its day-to-day activities by generating admixture/compatibility data. You will use current physical, chemical, and physicochemical techniques, such as pH, color, visual inspection, particles count, HPLC, UPLC, and others, in accordance with GLP and local procedures to obtain stability and compatibility profiles for Nutrition admixture formulations.
Your role will also involve documenting results in laboratory notebooks according to established GDP procedures, interpreting experimental data, and presenting conclusions to your supervisor, project leader, and management. Additionally, you will create and update equipment and analytical procedures, participate in the ordering of raw materials, analytical material, or equipment pieces, and ensure the lab is appropriately stocked with supplies to avoid costly delays.
Maintaining laboratory reagents, materials, and equipment as directed, including obtaining such items, maintaining materials and equipment in good operating order, will also be part of your responsibilities. You will provide support for initiatives in technological development, competitive product analysis, market and regulatory affairs questions, industrial troubleshooting, and other related activities.
Adherence to the quality system requirements and ensuring e GMP and GDP standards, as well as adherence to general and specific environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines, is essential in this role.
