Supply Chain Project Leader - Demand Management & Planning

We are seeking for a Project Manager with strong expertise on demand & planning processes and tools, to be able to lead projects but also to bring his/her support to the Business Process Referents on some specific missions if needed.

As a Supply Chain Project Manager you are accountable for several projects (or projects streams) you manage end to end: scoping, objectives setting, planning elaboration, identification and allocation of resources, requirements specifications, solutions testing, go-live preparation and support. All along the project lifecycle, you monitor and report the progress and the budget, you animate the different governances to ensure a good communication, an efficient steering and an optimal management of change and risks. You will bring your strong expertise on demand & planning processes and tools to the project.

What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?

The Supply Chain transformation roadmap can lead you to manage different projects, as illustrated below:

  • Leading the D&P stream for a change of distribution flows in the US: implementation of new warehouses for some ranges, changing, from hub & spoke model to direct model for some others;
  • Support to a multi-sourcing project for reagents, for the D&P part;
  • Leading a project aiming to better integrate some ranges in our DRP tool for reagents (OMP);
  • Leading a project to optimize the management of RSL (remaining shelf life) for reagents.

Who are you?

  • Master Degree, minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain in international context;
  • Significant experience on Demand Management and/or Planning processes, worked in project mode as leader or contributor;
  • You are comfortable with systems in general, and you ideally already have a strong background on at least one of our systems: OMP, b2Wise, SAP APO-DP, SAP ECC
  • You have good analytical skills and the capability to handle different subjects in parallel. Your work is structured and organized;
  • You have good leadership and communication skills to efficiently lead projects and manage change successfully;
  • You have strong problem-solving and risk management skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges;
  • English fluent.
