As a true medical expert, you will work alongside the Medical Director and the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team to ensure the scientific relevance and effectiveness of our medical communication. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with drug usage regulations, fostering partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and contributing to the design of patient journey strategies in the rare disease environment. Additionally, you will support clinical trial implementation and market access strategies for our products.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Medical Expertise: Coordinate with the Medical Director on medical issues, including marketing, market access, promotion, medical information, and pharmacovigilance.
Medical Strategy and Compliance: Contribute to defining and implementing the medical strategy, ensuring compliance and alignment with company goals.
KOL Engagement and Medical Events: Manage KOL projects, participate in national expert boards, and prepare for medical events, ensuring effective communication and compliance.
MSL and Research Coordination: Support the MSL field team, monitor activities, and contribute to local real-world evidence and Phase IV studies.
Marketing and Regulatory Support: Collaborate with the marketing team on patient journey strategies and assist in preparing regulatory documentation for health authorities.
Team Collaboration: Actively engage in discussions with medical teams across subsidiaries and the Danish headquarters.

Qualifications and Skills

State diploma in pharmacy, medicine, or a Master’s/PhD in science (medicine, biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, etc.).
Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in medical affairs. Excellent analytical skills, oral and written communication abilities, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office). Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
