Your mission

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Discovery Expert Therapeutic Biologics to join our growing oncology drug discovery group supervised by the Head of Drug Discovery.

The candidate will contribute, with internal and external partners, to project proposals and innovative approaches in the field of antibody/biologics discovery to deliver high quality optimized drug candidates.

Who you are?

Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related field with 15+ years of drug discovery experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment;
Ability to evaluate, lead and manage innovative approaches for therapeutic biologic development;
Thorough understanding of the biologics drug discovery process from target identification and validation to preclinical proof-of-concept and transition to clinical development;
Extensive experience with cutting-edge antibody design (mono and multi-specific, innovative formats) and discovery technologies;
In-depth knowledge and technical expertise of a broad spectrum of therapeutic modalities in biologics, including in Antibody-Drug-Conjugates;
Excellent English written and oral, presentation and communication skills;
Great leadership skills and experience working in dynamic multidisciplinary environment;
Self-motivated and collaborative with ability to work on multiple projects with multi-disciplinary teams and external partner.
