About the Opportunity

Within the framework of Sanofi Genzyme business strategy as a Senior Key Account Manager (KAM) Rare Diseases you will be responsible for the achievement of sales objectives for Rare Disease products in the assigned territory. You will ensure the highest customer engagement through regular and systematic contacts and visits.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieves sales and marketing objectives for the assigned area (Units, Values, MS);
  • Develops, implements and adapts the business/marketing strategies for managing the specialty care product portfolio within the assigned county area and customers and in accordance with country strategy;
  • Analysis of national and regional markets including KOLs competitors and health care system/ reimbursement system;
  • Owns local sales and marketing plan consistent with Regional and Global strategy;
  • Responsible for the development, coordination and execution of local marketing and sales tactics and activities (projects, congresses, Round tables, Symposiums, etc.);
  • Together with medical or patient advocacy function supports development and execution of innovative projects in order to improve further existing strategies with special focus over digital activities;
  • May have also role of direct sales execution as a Key accounts’ management and responsibilities for KOLs management in the assigned areas of Rare Diseases;
  • Adapts when needed regional /global marketing materials to local needs;
  • Ensures key market data availability.

About You

Essential requirements:

  • Educational medical background: Pharmacy, Medicine, Bio Life Science;
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Senior KAM, Product Specialists, Product Manager, National sales manager or similar position in specialty care environment;
  • Strong personal capacity to learning new aspects of the business;
  • Team player, creates and open atmosphere;
  • Encourage open exchange of ideas and knowledge sharing;
  • Integrity and loyalty are must;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Flexibility and willingness for travel;
  • Customer oriented;
  • Good level of English language;
  • Bulgarian language fluent;
  • Driving license.

It would be advantageous to have (not essential):

  • Experience in Rare diseases field;
  • MBA degree would be a plus.
