The driven and talented Product Manager Spine will be successful through in-depth market analysis, create a compelling Annual Marketing Plan. Based on the Annual Marketing Plan you will execute the marketing activities to support the Spine portfolio.

You will support legacy implant portfolio and facilitate the execution of high impact new product launches to the sales organization. You will empower the sales force to achieve our strategic objective. And you will partner with salesforce to support, train and guide them in their efforts to increase sales and grow market share.

You will be doing this by:

  • Studying local market like size, trend and competitor environment;
  • You create the local tactical Marketing plan aligned with the Divisional Strategies and expectations;
  • You communicate the product marketing plan to the sales & marketing leadership and salesforce regularly;
  • You liaise with operations team with regard to inventory build for product introductions, product deletion planning, monitor/change safety stock levels;
  • You ensure all documentation submitted in a timely fashion for Stryker product training, events and meetings to local compliance officer;
  • You create and own the local instrument and implant forecast entered into the global IBP tool;
  • You liaise with loan kit team to ensure demand/need is being met with loan kit fleet;
  • You will work with Internal Education team to ensure sales force is competent to sell product and can cover surgical cases;
  • You lead portfolio pricing, ASP and profitability analysis for new products and legacy products in the local market;
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify surgeon targets for customer conversion, assist with;
  • You develop strong KOL relationships locally and regionally;
  • You network throughout Spine and Global divisions within Stryker.

Your education:

  • You have a min of a BSc Life sciences, pharmaceutical or business degree desirable;
  • You are fluently in English and preferable other European languages.

Your experience:

  • You have at least 2-year sales/marketing experience with a major medical or pharmaceutical manufacturer/provider;
  • You have a product knowledge and selling/marketing experience with Orthopaedics products will be a strong plus.
