Marketing Manager Generic Drugs - Strategic Marketing Europe, China and Pharmerging Markets

Being Marketing Manager Generic Drugs within our Strategic Marketing Team for Europe, China and Pharmerging Markets at our Location in Oberursel/Germany, you are responsible for developing and supporting international marketing activities of generic drugs launched by Fresenius Kabi. Your assignments

  • Launch support in coordination with the various internal departments to ensure product launches as per plan (e.g. development of product launch kits);
  • Responsible to provide support for key marketing activities of generic drugs launched by the company in Europe, China and Pharmerging Markets;
  • Support of product training for the Regions in coordination with Medical teams;
  • Responsible for supporting the Regional Business Centres for the roll-out of marketing strategies of Generic Drugs;
  • Support of Life-Cycle management activities for existing Generic drugs products;
  • Conceptualization and management of marketing material for Generic drugs products for Europe, China and Pharmerging Markets. Coordination with external agencies and internal experts;
  • Collecting competitor information (products & strategies) for generic drugs, in coordination with regional contacts, and compiling of market strategy summaries; recommendations of counter strategy proposals;
  • Mid and long term sales projections for on-market generic drugs and for generic drugs that are in launch phase;
  • Coordination of international conference activities related to Generic Drugs portfolio - booth participation, scientific session coordination and related matters.

Your profile

  • University degree in Pharmacy, Biosciences, Medicine or related subjects;
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in generic product marketing, sales and strategy setting;
  • Experience in working with multinational and virtual management teams;
  • Sound knowledge of medicinal product business and understanding of market dynamics of key markets;
  • Good understanding of hospital business (tender concepts, etc.);
  • Willingness for international travels (conferences, business meetings).
