We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Affairs Sub-Function Head to lead our team in Poland. As a key member of the Regulatory & Medical Affairs department, you will provide strategic direction and leadership across a broad range of medical affairs activities, ensuring the highest quality of scientific support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert medical advice and education to internal and external stakeholders on Galderma's products, clinical trials, and new developments;
• Develop and implement local medical affairs plans aligned with global strategy;
• Lead the training of internal staff on product knowledge and disease awareness;
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to support pre- and post-launch activities;
• Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and facilitate their involvement in scientific activities;
• Oversee clinical projects, medical information dissemination, and regulatory support activities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, preferably in roles such as MSL, Medical Affairs Manager, or Medical Advisor;
• Relevant life-science degree (for example MD, PharmD, PhD) is required;
• Industry experience in dermatology and/or Aesthetics will be considered a strong plus;
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English for scientific purposes;
• Deep understanding of clinical data interpretation and analysis;
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
