What you will be doing
- Define project strategy, develop project scope and define the goals.
- Schedules and leads a project team through the planning and execution of a small project or defined piece of a larger project. This includes constructing detailed, accurate project schedules, interfacing with development groups and technical support groups. Supervision and guidance will be provided.
- Manage technical problems by applying different problem-solving techniques using standard tools like DMAIC, FMEA, DOE, Statistical Analysis.
- Participate in cross functional continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact operations performance.
- Develop a solid understanding of theories/practices utilized by other disciplines outside primary area of expertise.
- Develop a solid understanding of manufacturing processes used in the production of finished goods.
What you will bring
- Have a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science/Pharmacy/Chemistry.
- Good communication and project management skills.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is considered as an asset.
