Regional Sales Manager - Medical Devices - Aesthetics

Mission

This position is responsible for sales of the capital product(s) to the customers for the assigned territory. This includes prospecting, cold calling, tradeshows, sales events, and other methods for creating leads and closing sales for the Company within the approved price matrix. In addition, the Regional Sales Manager must ensure payment is obtained from the customer for the initial order.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for new leads;
  • Obtaining call lists for their specific territory;
  • Identifying quality sales prospects from active leads;
  • Attending marketing and sales events for prospects and current customers;
  • Working with customers for sales referrals with new prospects;
  • Develop a clear understanding of the product to communicate the safety and effectiveness of the products with the potential customers;
  • Update all relevant sales activities in the Company’s CRM system;
  • Close sales accurately and effectively each month to meet or exceed quota for all assigned sales products and services, within the assigned territory;
  • Make sure to keep knowledge updated of the industry and competitive products;
  • Representing the company with strong work ethic, high integrity, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.

Education

  • University Degree or related work experience.

Knowledge - Skills - Abillities

  • Excellent in business software such as SFDC, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook;
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding assigned tasks;
  • Ability to react to time pressures and to overcome objections effectively;
  • Strong teamwork, communication (written and oral), client management, and interpersonal skills;
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record;
  • Ability to travel, including overnight stays, attend tradeshows and training meetings;
  • Must have excellent time management skills;
  • Must have a high level of French and English.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of medical device capital sales experience, especially into the plastic surgeon and dermatologist practices;
  • Positive attitude and passion for working within the aesthetic field;
  • Must have excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills;
  • Must have strong work ethic and interpersonal skills;
  • Must be proficient in SFDC, Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and general office equipment.
